Spiced Tam Kayseri garlic sausage with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, allspice and cumin. Our Sucuk "Hot" is seasoned with extra hot chili for that extra bit of spice in the pan or on bread.
Serving suggestion: Cut Sucuk into slices and fry in its own fat or with egg.
Our Sucuk comes freshly packed in the 500g package.
